Patricia June Frase entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, leaving behind a legacy of faith, service, and love that will continue to shape generations to come.

Anyone who met Patricia walked away with a fond memory to share. She made it her life’s purpose to reflect Jesus Christ in her daily living. Whether through quiet acts of kindness or steadfast service, she consistently placed the needs of others above her own desires. Her faith was not only something she professed — it was something she practiced in every detail of her life.

Patricia devoted herself wholeheartedly to her family. She is survived by her son, Vernon Scott Frase and his wife, Michelle Cross Frase, and their children Justin, Mercy, Marya, and Everett Frase; and her daughter, Vicki L. Frase Dawson and her husband, Charlie Dawson, and their children Brittani Dawson Blaney and her husband Perry, Travis Dawson, and Chaz Dawson. She was also blessed with great-grandchildren Brycenn Carson, Kylee Blaney, Gunner Blaney, and Hunter Blaney.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vernon Delmar Frase, with whom she shared a life of devotion and ministry. Together they traveled around the world, serving on more than 30 missionary assignments. Their shared commitment to spreading the Gospel was a defining hallmark of their marriage and lives.

Patricia faithfully served in her local church throughout her lifetime, participating in a variety of ministries and pouring herself into the spiritual growth and encouragement of others. Beyond the church walls, she also devoted over 15 years volunteering with the Tempe Police Department, serving her community with the same quiet dedication that marked every area of her life.

Despite her many responsibilities and commitments, Patricia never failed to remember the people she loved. Birthdays, anniversaries, and special milestones were always marked with a thoughtfully chosen card and a reminder that each person held a special place in her heart. Her attentiveness made others feel seen, valued, and deeply loved.

In quieter moments, she enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles, creating beautiful counted cross-stitch pieces, and watching her favorite television dramas. Yet even in these simple pleasures, her life remained centered on her love for the Lord.

Patricia loved the Lord with all her heart and lived in a way that pointed others toward Him. Today, she rejoices in His holy presence, reunited with her beloved husband and hearing the words she longed for: “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

Her life was a reflection of Christ’s love — steady, sacrificial, and sincere — and her impact will continue through the family and faith she so faithfully nurtured.
