Brittani Anne Bomer, 35, of Bridgeport, passed away Monday, July 13th, 2026, from complications of an ongoing illness. She was born February 6th, 1991 in Parkersburg, WV.
Daughter of Jack and Angela Boot, she was the oldest of four siblings Jessica, Kaitlyn and Courtney.
Brittani (Brit) was also a wife of David Bomer ll and mother to 12 y.o. Kyle Hayden and 9 y.o. Emma Belle Bomer.
Above all she was completely devoted to her family, a roll she took great pride in. Love, comfort and happiness were what was most important. Her babies always came first. She got to live out her dream of being the ” Homemaker”, something she had always wanted.
Brit was especially known for her love of the arts. Dancing, painting, drawing and crafts with something that she was amazing at. She also enjoyed reading, different types of music, exploring, camping, vacations at the beach and challenging herself at different types of cooking.

For such a petite woman you had the biggest most beautiful heart. You loved so much and always had so much love to give. You are not only my wife but also my greatest friend, the most beautiful part of my life. You will forever be missed and never forgotten. This is not a goodbye just a short farewell until I can hold you again. Loving you always. Your husband.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, from 4 – 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 19, where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 20, 2026, with Bill Oldaker presiding. Interment will follow in Bridgeport Cemetery.
