Beulah Leoda Malson Fisher, 97, of Folsom, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. She was born in Smithfield, WV, January 13, 1929, a daughter of the late Artie and Stella Caroll Hayhurst.
Twice married, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Marion Francis Malson, on April 30, 1993; and her second husband, Lewis Dewayne Fisher, February 14, 2017.
Surviving are three children: Brian Dwayne Malson and his wife Cindi, Traveler’s Rest, SC, Jeanne Sue Harris, and her husband Mike, Clarksburg, and Timothy Malson, Folsom; her grandchildren: Sarah Malson, Frederick, MD, Stacey Michel, Traveler’s Rest, Brian Scott Malson, Fairfield, PA, Amy Davis, Clarksburg, Arwen Palmer, Folsom, Lauren Reed, Lost Creek, and Joseph Swiger, Weston; 12 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Wilma Bowen, OH, and Dale Quesada, PA; and several nieces and nephews. Beulah was also preceded in death by one sister and five brothers.
Beulah was a homemaker. She attended the Pentecostal Church of God in Wallace. She helped, along with her church family, to cook meals for the Wallace Lion’s Club for many years. Following her second marriage, she attended the Mannington Church of Christ. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and sewing. She was a wonderful, beloved mother and grandmother. She was kind, compassionate and caring to anyone she encountered, no matter who they were. She will be sadly missed.
The family will receive friends at the Perine Funeral Home, 1348 S. Pike St., Shinnston, from 11am until the time of the funeral service at 1pm, Saturday, July 18th with Rev. Mike Harris officiating.
