She was born in Clarksburg on May 5, 1956, a daughter of the late John Francis and Verna Ellen Luzader Blackshire.
Taffy is survived by one son, Maxim Williams of Ashburn, VA; two grandchildren, Mila Mariah and Ava Michelle Williams; and one brother, Michael Blackshire and his wife Betty of Clarksburg.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Winifred “Freddy” Limer, Deirdre Hall and Suellen “Peachie” Hall; and two brothers, John Blackshire and David Blackshire.
Taffy was a line cook and manager at P. J. Kelley’s for 35 years and was a member of the Haymond United Methodist Church.
In keeping with her wishes, Taffy will be cremated. A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
