She was born in West Palm Beach, FL on September 14, 1964, a daughter of the late Ira and Delores Swiger Vincent.
She is survived by her husband, Barry Stull, whom she married December 27, 1982.
Also surviving are three sons, Andrew Stull and his fiancé Lydia Buck of Clarksburg, Alexander Stull and his fiancé Jess Moore of San Diego, CA and Aaron Stull and his fiancé Alexis Ryan of Bridgeport; three daughters, Amanda Harrison and her husband Jason of Charleston, Alexis Miles and her husband Brian of West Milford and Ali Riffle and her husband Tyler of Bridgeport; 11 grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Beth Stull of Steubenville, OH; her mother-in-law, Neva Stull; and her dog, Boomer. She was also known as Nana by several neighborhood children.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one infant brother, Robert Vincent; and one sister, Sherri Mills.
Terri was a 1982 graduate of Roosevelt Wilson High School and attended Fairmont State College. She was a member of the Salt and Light Southern Baptist Church.
Terri was a Coco-Cola fanatic and loved Christmas, decorating and gardening. She also enjoyed reading and watching Days of Our Lives.
There will be no public visitation. A private graveside service will be held in the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
