Roger Wayne McBee, 72, of Bridgeport, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born in Grafton on March 14, 1954, a son of the late Junior Frank McBee and Martha Eleanor Jeffries McBee.
Roger is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Genevieve McBee; his children, Justin McBee and his wife Madison, of Pittsburgh, PA, Brandi Lewis and her husband Dylan, of Bridgeport, and Tracie Wentz and her husband Kraig, of Clarksburg; grandchildren, Cierra Hall, Nola Lewis, Ensley McBee, and Nico Lewis; his brother, Ed McBee, of Grafton; and his sister, Sharon Jeffries Miller, of Reynoldsburg, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Missie Baney; and two siblings, Glenn McBee and Joyce Wininger.
Roger had years of management at Midas, and then at Plaza Service Center, retiring in 2022 after 50 years of service. Roger enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with his family and pets, and he loved fishing and hunting.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Monday evening, June 22, 2026, from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. to share stories and memories of Roger.
