Thomas Randall Akers, 66, of Shinnston, WV passed away on April 22, 2026. He was born October 30, 1959 in Clarksburg, WV, a son of the late Thomas Lewis Akers and Doris Jean Crim Akers. He is also preceded in death by one sister; Alicia J. Carlucci.
Thomas is survived by his daughter; Deanna Lynch (Rockey) of Wallace, WV, grandchildren; Kaleigh Lemasters (Dillon) of New Martinsville, WV, Meghan Starkey (Colton), Chaz Hayhurst, and Logan Hayhurst of Wallace, WV, Great-grandchildren; Paisley, Hadley, and Blakley Lemasters, Londyn and Layla Starkey, and Portar Hayhurst, nephews; Jeremy Stackpole and T.J Carlucci, niece; Mariah Carlucci, and best friend; Gibb of Shinnston, WV. He is also survived by his soulmate; Diane Riley of Myrtle Beach, SC.
Thomas was employed by the Clarksburg Glass Factory and Enterprise Sanitation. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, riding four-wheelers, camping, boating, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Per his wishes, Thomas will be cremated.
